It’s our Drink of the Month because summer deserves something sweet, a little sultry, and strong enough to make you forget you agreed to play pickleball at noon. This cocktail brings together ripe peach, brown sugar, lemon juice, bourbon, and a splash of ginger beer for that bubbly little kick we all pretend we weren’t waiting for.

Why we love it:

It’s got that peachy golden-hour energy with a ginger beer finish that says, “I’m refreshing,” but also, “I could tell a secret on a patio.” The kind of cocktail that pairs beautifully with sunshine, post-match bragging, and pretending your third game didn’t count because you were “just warming up.”

Recipe:

  • ½ peach, sliced

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • 1 oz ginger beer
