Key Lime Pie Martini
The Key Lime Pie Martini — because dessert belongs in a martini glass.
This month, we’re trading pumpkin spice for paradise. The Key Lime Pie Martini is a slice of creamy, citrusy heaven, shaken, not forked. With velvety Licor 43, a kiss of vodka, tart key lime juice, and a splash of heavy cream, it’s basically Florida in a tuxedo. And let’s talk about that graham cracker rim because why not dress your glass like it’s going to brunch with Ina Garten?
Big shoutout to listener Annie Murphy, who slid this gem into our inbox after one too many “you have to try this” nights with friends. Annie, you get us.
Why we love it:
It’s indulgent, it’s zesty, it’s dangerously smooth, and it tastes like you just won a gold medal in pickleball and pie baking. It’s the cocktail that says “I came to dink and dessert.” Perfect for cozy nights, post-game hangouts, or impressing that one teammate who always brings the fancy snacks.
Recipe:
In a shaker with ice, combine:
🍸 2 oz Licor 43
🍸 ½ oz Ketel One Vodka
🍸 ½ oz Key Lime Juice
🍸 1 oz Heavy Cream
How to make it:
Rub the rim of a martini glass with a wedge of lime.
Dip rim into a crushed graham cracker + sugar mix (bonus points for dramatic flair).
Shake cocktail ingredients until your arms feel like a doubles warm-up.
Strain into your rimmed glass.
Zest a little lime on top.
Sip slowly… or don’t. We won’t tell.
