Holiday Bee’s Knees

Say ho ho hello to the Holiday Bee’s Knees, a merry little twist on a classic that’s as red as Rudolph’s nose and twice as buzzy.

Why we love it:

This jazzy twist on the Prohibition-era classic gets a festive glow-up with winter citrus, golden honey, and a whisper of rosemary that makes it smell like Christmas and tastes like you actually enjoy family gatherings. It’s bright, balanced, and just bougie enough to make you feel fancy while still wearing pickleball pajamas. Sip it slow or shake up a round for your next paddle party. Either way, it's the bee’s knees for a reason.

Recipe:
🍸 2oz gin

🍷 1oz cranberry juice

🍋 3/4oz lemon juice

🌿 1oz rosemary-honey syrup (aka liquid holiday magic)

Rosemary-Honey Syrup recipe:
-1/2 cup of honey
-1/2 cup of water
-2-4 stalks of rosemary
-Heat ingredients until everything combines, stirring often. Let cool, then strain into measuring cup for the cocktail.

Serve up in a frozen coupe glass with a sprig of rosemary and cranberries for garnish.

Perfect for decking halls, dinking balls, and dodging in-laws. Cheers to sipping festive and feeling fancy! 🐝 🍸
